These sessions can be completely customizable according to the head coach's requirements. So, unlike other sessions, the focus can be on anything your team currently needs to work on.

My goal in team setups is to make sure your team's goalies are ready and equipped with all the necessary skills to succeed throughout the season.

A typical team setup session

On average, I will be working with the goalies for half of the practice, while the remaining half will be spent observing and providing assistance as needed. Regarding the team practice, the activities we engage in will be highly similar to those conducted in private sessions, granted a shooter is available during the session.
