Goalie practicing agility

Private

What's the focus?

We start with a review of the skater’s abilities, followed by warm-up tracking drills. The training is tailored to the individual’s specific needs, focusing on all aspects of goaltending. This includes technical drills and game-situational drills.

The ultimate goal

It is to give goalies the most effective environment to grow. Private sessions offer focused instruction without distractions, allowing for real-time adjustments and a deeper understanding that’s hard to get in other settings. In the end, goalies will have stronger fundamentals, better decision-making, and a more confident presence in the net.

A typical private session

Consists of a good 10-15 minutes of skate warm-up, and specific and technical drills for the remainder of the session. Sometimes, shooters will also be present to help goalies with their shots.

Disclaimer: Due to ice availability, private sessions are likely to have 2 goalies at the same time if a matching can be made. Otherwise, the session will be a one-on-one. Rest assured that I will attend to both goalies to ensure they get the instruction they need.
Information about this will be shared before sessions are scheduled.
